Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders typically ship within 5 business days from our supplier, with delivery times varying by destination and shipping method selected.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Damages

SpinHome is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or us directly at eljashil04@gmail.com to file a claim.

International Shipping

We currently ship to many international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. SpinHome is not responsible for delays due to customs.
